1. The process begins with a short initial visit for a fixed fee to exchange ideas
2. Once it is assessed what is required, the process continues in the form of a consultancy, or an estimate can be drawn up for the required planning work.
3. After agreeing to proceed, plans and sketches are prepared
4. On agreement, a further estimate is presented for the implementation. This may include construction, ground preparation, supply and planting within agreed budgets
